The Academic Sales and Development Specialist advances the mission of MTF by building strong relationships with Catholic educators, schools, parishes, homeschool networks, and other catechetical initiatives. This role supports the growth of The Didache Series High School Curriculum, Core Courses, and Parish Edition through consultative academic sales, relationship-centered development, and mission-driven outreach. The Specialist collaborates closely with editorial, marketing, customer service, and development teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

The Sales and Customer Support Assistant helps promote MTF’s books and resources to parishes, dioceses, schools, bookstores, and individual customers; processes orders and customer inquiries; answers emails and phone calls politely, accurately, and knowledgeably; greets customers, visitors, authors, vendors, and delivery personnel who come to the office; maintains contact lists; helps track essential sales activity; and supports sales and marketing initiatives and events.

The Warehouse and Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the day-to-day warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory, packing, and shipping operations as well as assist with minor office operations. The Supervisor ensures that book orders are processed accurately, packed carefully, shipped on time, and tracked properly, while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
