Shipping Policy

All domestic and international orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt. Our main shipping providers are UPS and the USPS.  Every order will originate from our lone location in Downers Grove, IL, USA.

Shortages or Damages

All Shortages or Damages must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
All claims submitted after five days will not be considered.

Please have your Invoice Number and follow these Procedures:

1. If the shipment is damaged:

  • Do not discard the shipping cartons.
  • Contact MTF for prompt replacement or credit.

2. If the shipment is short:

  • Contact us for prompt replacement.

Return Policy

Orders can be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made for returns past 30 days.

All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition for a credit or refund to be issued. Items must not be bent, torn, or damaged; they must be free of stickers and sticker residue, contain no additional markings such as pricing, store or school logos; and they must still be in print.

To process a return, please have your invoice number available and contact MTF by phone or email to obtain the required Return Authorization Number (RAN).  The RAN can be offered for materials that are:

  • Invoiced within the last 30 days
  • Reflective of the current Copyright Date at the time of purchase

Items purchased with a clearance discount applied are not eligible for a return.

After you have received the RAN, please pack and ship the merchandise to MTF within 30 days.
