Two Pocket-Size Ritual Editions Available Soon

Midwest Theological Forum has heard your request. In response, we are preparing two pocket-size editions of our Ritual Editions of The Order of the Anointing of the Sick and of Their Pastoral Care / Ritual de la Unción de los enfermos y de su atención pastoral.

These new pocket-size editions will be available in:

We are aiming to publish both pocket-size editions in summer 2026. As of this writing, the volumes are nearing submission for Concordat and Imprimatur.

Designed for Pastoral Use

These pocket-size editions are ideally suited for emergency situations and scheduled pastoral visits, including ministry in hospitals, homes, and other care settings. Despite their smaller format, they are not abridged. Each volume contains the full text of the Ritual Edition, including all rites, prayers, and readings found in the full-size editions.

The books will be durably constructed, featuring quality materials and sewn binding, to withstand frequent pastoral use.
