Catholic Schools Week
Catholic Schools Week (CSW) is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Observed each year from the last Sunday in January through the following Saturday, this special week invites schools, families, and communities to reflect on the mission and lasting value of Catholic education.
The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) designates Catholic Schools Week from January 25–31, 2026, celebrating the theme Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community. This theme highlights the irreplaceable role Catholic schools play in the Church’s evangelizing mission and their commitment to forming students in faith, knowledge, and service.
Throughout the week, Catholic schools across the country will gather for Masses, assemblies, open houses, and special events that showcase what makes Catholic education exceptional. Catholic Schools Week is also an opportunity for schools to share what makes their own community unique. For families discerning the right school, understanding a school’s faith-centered mission, academic excellence, and commitment to service can make all the difference.
Catholic education prepares young people not only for college and career, but for a lifetime of faith-filled leadership. United in faith and community, Catholic schools continue to shine as places where academic excellence and Christian values come together.
We are honored to support this mission by providing trusted resources that strengthen Catholic identity and inspire students to live out their faith every day.
